Here's a list of pages on the old wiki (as of January 2007) and a consensus on what to do with each page. Some should definitely be migrated over to this wiki, some merged with other sections, and some left to rot. Note that the intention is not to duplicate information that is better covered by eg Wikipedia.

Please help with the migration process by nominating candidates for migration, doing the copy-paste for migrating pages, and fixing the links after migration. Discussion is welcome on the "discussion" page.
